2010 Ford Super Duty Lariat- I was wondering if there is a way to turn on only the cargo light from inside the cab with the doors closed. We haul stuff all the time and need to be able to see it in...

check to see if the light has a multi position switch near the lens. If so use it . If not tap into the door light switch and put an on-off switch where you can reach it . Use the power wire for the door switch as the power source for the new switch. There will be no need to cut the power wire -just piggy back onto it.

Backup sensor problems

easiest way withoout a scanner is
verify that all wire connectors to back of sensors are not noticable damage, if so repair
if no damage, buy one sensor and trial each one with known good one til light is functioning properly.
very common for sensors to fail, so if want to fix you will need to buy one and all are the same so you can inner change

otherwise you will need scanned to determine which sensor is faulty

hope this helps
