SOURCE: It sounds like sucking air
Sounds like it's time for some basic maintenance. Some of the emission controls require changing. More specifically, the PCV. Positive Crankcase Valve.
At 60,000, and 100,000 miles this are supposed to be changed, but conditions may require a change sooner.

sounds like the idle air control solenoid is sticking. once the engines warm does it start and run fine? if so this is most likely your problem. you can veryify visually or with a vacume gauge. do you need instructions for this?
