Question about Audi A4
You need to take it to a dealer. One of your sensors not responding or the system just didn't like you removing the battery. You can try taking your battery connector off again for 5 minutes then plug it back in and see if it goes away but it probably won't and so you need to take it to a dealer to get reset. Let me know how this turns out.
