It may require a code to be put in before it works
if there is no power in the accessories position of the key , it may be that fuse

SOURCE: fuse location 2003 nissan altima

On the bottom left side of thedashboard, there should be a little door, pull it out and all the fuseswill be there. There's an indicator map on the inside telling you whichfuse belongs to the cigarette lighter.

SOURCE: 2003 Nissan Altima radio still works but the clock/radio station display went blank...HELP

Just fixed this myself today. There is a surface mount component (resistor I believe) that has come off inside the radio. It was labelled 180 on my radio. It is on the circuit board actually inside the radio, not the dispaly button panel, on the left side behind the volume know. I soldered it back on and now the display works again.

Replaced alternator now radio doesn't work

Your radio is not receiving power.

Or sometimes on newer cars when the battery is disconnected as when you replace the alternator, anti theft mechanism kicks in and radio has to be "reset" to operate. Consult your dealer for assistance on this.

I have a 2003 Nissan Altima. The radio tuns on channels change but no sound. The Woofer fuse is good any suggestions?

The woofer is on a different fuse than the rest of the radio. There are fuse boxes in several locations on the Altima, check the box under the steering wheel. Look at this link:

No low beam head lights

If you just want to replace the bulb yourself, this is a good website.
http://www.paulstravelpictures.com/Nissan-Altima-Headlight-Bulb/Nissan-Altima-Passenger-Side-Headlight.htm
If the website does't get your headlight fixed... You might have a blown fuse. It could be in the IPDM E/R location under the hood. This is next to the coolant bottle. Remove the coolant bottle with two screws and lift the cover to the IPDM E/R. Just set the coolant bottle aside for now. The low beam fuses are 49 and 50. They are 15A fuses. To be more precise, they are located on row 2, columns 2 and 3 (column 1 being closest to the fender of the car). Hope this helps.
