Hi,
a 6ya Mechanic can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.

Goodluck!

From Celcius the formula is Deg. C divided by 5 multiply by 9 and plus 32.

What temp do i need to use my block heater? celcius

i will assume your engine is a gas engine. Not sure where you are located but my opinoin would be if you are having staring issues on cold start up then i would plug it in when you think you will have trouble. If you are asking about weather related issues as to prevent you engine from freezing then you will need to test you antifreeze to determine how strong your mixture is and that will tell you at what temp or below you would need to plug it in. I believe on celcius scale 0 is freezing but you need to know how good your antfreeze is and what it is mixed for. most 50/50 mixes will give you all the protection you need but dont count on it. Take it to anyone who has a shop they will be able to test your level and reccommend to you at what piont you should protect it and plug it in.

Changing temp display

Hold down the ambient temp button and the temp down button at the same time for 5 seconds. that should work. It has auto air right, not temp adjusting knobs that rotate.
