First.. Hit the steering wheel/horn, see if it stops, even momentarily, or just once. If it does, you found the problem. It's in the steering wheel. You'll need a owners manual. To find a owners manual. Go to mercury.com/ownersmanual.

Horn do not blow I DON'T KNOW WHERE IS THE LOCATION OF THE HORN ,TO DO THE REPAIR I DO NOT HAVE THE MANUAL BOOK

maria you can buy an owners manual and a service manual, each about 10 bucks, on eBay. the owners manual is about use and maintenance, it is not going to show you repairs. the car is 16 and any number of things could be wrong. the horn is generally in front of the radiator, behind the grill, under a head light assembly. it has a couple of wires. if you are handy you can make a set of jumper cables from an old extension cord, disconnect the wiring plug from the horn and jumper the battery to the horn's wiring plugs. if the horn does not blow with 12volts on it then you need a new one, they are cheap and sitting on the shelf at auto parts stores. if the horn blows, then it is good and you need to look at replacing the horn relay or switch, the relay will be in a fuse panel, consult your owners manual. if putting a new relay in does not fix it then you most likely have a bad switch and that means pulling your steering wheel off and you are not going to do that.

My horn isn't working when i push it i hear clicking coming from where the fuse box is located

that sound that uyou are hearing is the horn relay clicking. you will have to go directly to the source which is the horn itself. Try adding power to the horn itself, to see if it will blow. Looking at the age of the car, most likely it will be the horn.

I replaced the horn relay which is located inside of fuse panel under the hood of car on the firewall, have someone push button to be able to hear a clicking sound coming out of the correct relay, then trade out relay of the same and see if horn works

How many horns does a 2008 Mariner have and where are they?

tried to find the wiring diagram..... it only tells me components on the one i found and it states horns... plural.... look between the radiator and front grill... the horns should be located there. i would suggest that to activate both you might have to hit both switches on the steering wheel at the same time.

Horn won't stop blowing

If you can locate and pull relay, do that, if not, pull wires off at horn if you can, otherwise pull fuse. If you have other relays same in area of horn relay (same number on relay) try one of them in that horn spot to see if maybe it's just a stuck relay. If you pull fuse for horn, you may find out something else on same fuse, so make sure you check everything else is working.
