SOURCE: Can't find the blower motor resistor on a 1998

I dont believe that is a resistor controlled circuit. I think it is a transistor controlled circuit mounted on the firewall cdcneter area.
you can have slow air inside but no high speed air if the module is defective.

SOURCE: Heater Blower Motor not working.

I don`t know what year your car is but my 91 Escort had 4 little connections under the glove box where the passengers feet would be right in front of the blower moter (i.e. some one sitting in the passenger seat could hit these 4 relay type things if they kicked their leg) and my had been dammaged and that stopped my blower motor from working until I straightened them out and reconnected them all.

Wipers wont work

Did you check each side of the fuse with a test light ?.I have been caught out checking fuses with a meter that tested ok only to find them go open circuit under load. If ok test again with the light at the wiper motor , if light shines bright fault is in the wiper motor, repair or replace.

Heater fan not working tesed fan it works tested all fuses all ok

The fan gets it's power from the speed resistor that is installed on the case near the fan motor. If this open then you will not get any voltage to the motor.

2003 chevy silverado blower motor wont work i tested blower motor it works i just replaced the resistor and still dosent work, i also checked the fuses and the are ok please what else could it be

Is the blower motor not getting power or ground ?
There are two fuses that power the HVAC control module. The module controls the blower motor processor and the blend doors.
Have you tested the module and processor ?
You may need a shop manual for the wiring diagrams and procedures.

Blower motor not working , control not lighting also fuel quit lighting

If the gauges fuse is ok, you would need to check for voltage at the connector for the cluster and data panels.
Might be a problem with the key switch but I doubt it.
