Bad fuse, alternator bad, alternator not being fielded/grounded. That could be a bad ground wire or ECU.

No battery charging in runing.not battery storaged charge in running therfor starter not working why

You either have poor connections to the battery (check both ends of the negative cable for good connection), or the alternator is not working.

Alternator not charging

The starter would have nothing to do with the alternator not charging. You most likely need a new alternator and possibly a new battery. At the very least, the battery will need to be charged 100% before running with a new alternator.

Car wont start has charged battery lights and radio come on new starter. drainging battery even though the battery is fully charged its reading its not tempature gauge reading hot but its not runn

If the problem began when (or soon after) installing the new starter, start checking there. Ensure that all cables to the starter are tight. As a second possibility, if the new starter was actually a rebuilt replacement, the solenoid could be faulty. (I went through three rebuilt starters on my son's truck until we got one that worked properly.)

I tried to start my 2004 grand cherokee and there was nothing not even clicking dash lit up and guages were bouncing back and forth hooked a battery starter to it and it started then shut off right away...

This sounds strongly like a faulty battery or connection. Verify that the connections are tight and clean. No corrosion. If there is any corrosion it can cause exactly this. If everything is clean, have the battery and charging system tested(the alternator, once the engine is runing). Let me know.

With the engine running are you getting any voltage off the alternator? check with a multimeter. Check voltage at battery while running should be 13 volts or more.

New Alternater will not charge batery

When you touch the hot wire to the manifold you may have damaged your alternator. Take your Blazer to your local car service center such as Advance auto and have them run a test to make sure your rebuilt alternator is charging. Most centers will do this free of charge.

1992 4cyl Mustang LX won't hold voltage.

When you start the car does your stater ound like it is dragging ( slow turning )?,I would remove the starter and bench test it to see if it is dragging or operating properly. if you are not sure on doing this yourself look in the phone book for a shop that specializesin starters and altenators as they will usually test them for free, hoping to get your buisness and they can test it rite in the car without removeing it. I am thinking that your starter solonoid is shorting out and drawing your power. I am also wondering if your altenator belt is tight enough. also you mentioned that you checked and replaced one of your battery cables. was this because it was corroded inside ( under the insulation )?
good luck and I hope that this helps you, and remember to rate all the solutions that are posted to you.
