Have the codes read. You may have the display, some one could have taken it out. Usually unplugs it. Used car places do this often.

The seatbelt chime on my 2010 Dodge Caravan is constantly lit up and chiming. How can I stop it?

You can't shut it off, most likely the ground switch in the belt buckle is defective or has dirt in it.

It's one of the pulleys that needs to have the bearing replaced most likely. Check for wobbling pulleys where ever the belt makes contact.

When I open the door on my 2005 Caravan, without the key in the ignition, the chime goes on and the open door indicator is lit. Also noticed that the mileage indicator is lit. This just happened. Normally...

It is normal operation for the odometer to light up with the driver's door being opened. It is not normal for the chime to go off. The "Key-In Switch" in your steering column is malfunctioning. The body control computer "Thinks" the key is in the ignition when it is not. It usually requires a new key tumbler assembly to fix this.

My 1998 WIndstar has a constant door chime ring

The warning chime is on because the GEM - generic electronic module think's the door is open . Your best bet ,have a qualified repair shop check it out . Unless you have a scanner that will talk with the GEM & the engine computer & ABS computer , checking DTC'S - dfiagnostic trouble codes . If you don't know about this , take it to a repair shop.

Seat belt warning

It is part of the body control module (BCM), it can't be bypassed or disabled.
