SOURCE: 2007 nissan quest 3.5 L v6 sl. P0603 (KMA) new spark plugs just replaced and cover valve bank2, crank but no start. Change both cams/crank position sensor, still no start. Really need help??

Any p06xx codes are internal computer errors. But with the KAM, I would check fuse/s and wiring first, before replacing the PCM.

The P1000 DTC code is a manufacturer specific trouble code. In the case of Ford & Jaguar vehicles, it simply means that the OBD-II monitor testing is not complete

What do codes P0411, P1000

P1000 code means the codes were cleared or the battery was disconnected
Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Reset Description All OBDII scan tools support the powertrain control module (PCM) reset.
The PCM Reset allows the scan tool to command the PCM to clear all emission-related diagnostic information. When resetting the PCM, a DTC P1000 will be stored in the PCM until all the OBD II system monitors or components have been tested to satisfy a drive cycle, without any other faults occurring. For more information about a drive cycle, refer to Drive Cycles .
The following events occur when a PCM reset is performed:
  • Clears the number of Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
  • Clears the DTCs.
  • Clears the freeze frame data.
  • Clears diagnostic monitoring test results.
  • Resets status of the OBD II system monitors.
  • Sets DTC P1000.

P0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected

neither of these could cause a no start or no crank problem . Is the battery good an do you have good connections on the battery ? Do the headlamps show bright when on ?

What do codes P0411, P1000, mean?

Well neither code has anything to do with it not starting.
Code 411 is a problem with the air injection pump, and 1000 usually means the car has not been driven far enough yet for the computer to check all sensors.
Are you saying it won't crank, or won't start ?

Failed ecm p0603

Instead of guessing as to what the problem is or expecting someone on here having a magical fix , take it to a qualified repair shop. Before assuming the worst an wanting to condem the PCM - powertrain control module . Will a scan tool communicate with it ? If your pulling codes it is .
DTC P0603 Control Module Long Term Memory Reset
The PCM has a memory area where it stores certain data it needs to save when the key is turned OFF. This area is called Keep Alive Memory. This diagnostic test monitors the PCM's keep alive memory for a loss or unintended change of data. If such a condition occurs, DTC P0603 will set.
Diagnostic Aids
If the battery has been disconnected for any reason DTC P0603 will set. The PCM keeps a running check on the memory; if memory changes it resets. An intermittent loss of power or ground to the PCM will cause a reset.

Have you disconnected the battery ?

My scan tool says p1000 when i look up the codes on my f150 just woundering what p1000 is

Hello, my name is Ben. Here is the short answer: P1000 OBD-II Monitor Testing Incomplete
P1000 will be set anytime there is any interruption of power to the PCM. This action could be but is not limited to, changing the battery, clearing history codes, or reprogramming the PCM. If there are no other codes stored the P1000 will clear itself after several "driving cycles". I hope this helps you, Ben.

Super duty fault code p1000

P1000 OBD-II Monitor Testing Incomplete

This is NOT a fault code. It is an indicator code that simply means all the self-tests have not been run yet since the last computer reset.
It's primary practical effect is to keep vehicle owner's from cheating on emissions tests.

That means there are no codes set and there aren’t enough drive cycles yet completed since the last time the codes were cleared. Once enough drive cycles have been completed you will get system passed or a fault code.

Most likely you need to take a drive, 10 minutes at highway speeds and 20 minutes at city speeds, without turning off the engine. Also while driving at city speeds there has to be several periods of stop and go.
