Can you add a photo of where its missing from?
Locating an adjacent bolt that appears to have same depth and removing its bolt should provide you with one to take to the parts house or hardware store.
If it is a gasket sealed union, valve cover as opposed to a bell housing then pulling a second bolt could lead to problems as could pulling a bolt when only two are used.
Popping in a missing bolt may solve it but be prepaired to replace a gasket if pressent.
If you can include a picture i may be able to be more specific.

That subframe supports your entire drivetrain. It must be supported on stand to drop the other bolt. However as you only want to replace it with the same tensile strength bolt go to the dealership or a junkyard and ask for a drivetrain subfraim or undercarriage to body bolt and they should know what your looking for. First verify it is not broken off up in there in which case it will have to come down far enough to extract by welding a nut to it or perhaps a left hand drill bit, left twist bit usually are not long enough to run up through the bushing.

Look at the others for use of washer or plate and if they are getting rusty you may want to swap them all out get the tourque spec and support it put the missing one I first then do them one at a time. I'm not talking about a little surface rust but if any are pitted deeply change them. A jack stand under each side just behind the engine and trans and two more or your floor jack under the front and you should be able to pull the bolts to inspect. My guess is it's at least a twelve mm x 1.5 thread/mm x 5-6 inches in length. But strongly advise getting the exact same bolt.

    Thanks, for all your advice...
It's been a real bear finding the exact designation of this particular bolt, in any parts list written for specifically for this vehicle.
I was concerned with removing the matching bolt, as it looks pretty rusty. Worried about snapping it off, resulting in a whole new set of even bigger problems... Looks as if the nut which holds this bolt is tack-welded to the inside of the frame-rails! What were they thinking?

How to replace front struts on 2002 chrysler town and country

Front struts? Basically you take the two large bolts off of the hub at bottom of the strut and the 3 bolts under the hood above the strut, be sure the brake line bracket is unbolted from it.
you will need a spring compressor to remove the old strut from the spring.
BE WARNED the spring is under a lot of pressure, use extreme caution!

Just purchased this van, but DVD/CD remote controller and headphones are missing in action...where do we go for replacements, please? thanks

Best bet is to get them from your local Chrysler dealer.
Have your VIN number ready in case they ask for it

How to remove starter for 2002 chrysler town & country

There are two bolts to remove, opposite sides. One is a normal bolt, the other one is hidden by wires. Remove the nut on the ground wire, remove the ground wire, use deep socket over this to remove the bolt. It's easier than you think, about an hour and a half total.

How in the world do you change brake pads on a 2002 Town&Country

After supporting the vehicle safely.....With the wheel off you should see two bolts facing away from you near the top of each end of the caliper.
Remove these two bolts then pop the caliper up and off with a big screw driver or pry bar exposing the brake pads.
Do not remove the brake hose.
Replace pads....push caliper piston back into caliper and reinstall caliper and bolts.
Thread locker (liquid) should be applied to caliper bolts.
Caliper sliders....the parts the bolts go into .....should slide easily in calipers.
Push brake pedal a few times to restore pedal height before driving.
