there is no fuse its hard wired in such a way only the dealer has the instrument to fix it otherwise a thief could just pull the fuse and thats no anti theft at all the wires go thru the entire car too so you cant jus snip the lead

Other than that, All I know to tell you is to scan your onboard computer system to see if any of the computer modules are reporting any circuit faults - this can possibly tell you what the wire goes to.
It is also possible that the wire is NOT SUPPOSED to be connected to anything. It may be some type of diagnostic connector or it may be a connector that is built-in to the wiring harness, but is for an option or accessory that your vehicle is not equipped with (this is very common).
Check the bulbs first. Next check the wiring harness and then the switches. If not the bulbs it will be a bit of tedious diagnosing. It's the only way with major lighting malfunction.
IT is very easy get all of the intake ducts out of the way to get access to the starter motortakk off rubber boot and first disconnect neg battery terminal next unbolt two bolts that hold starter and the 3 wires and ground terminal from starter (i have a 14 millimeter wrench that i cuit in half to make removal easier) and you should be all-set
