Fuel pump is not working
1992... Fuel pump could be bad
Ignition switch?
Light switch or the dash light dimmer.
At this age all rubber, vacuum lines etc.
And electrical conections including the fuse and relay panel contacts are suspect.
Reinserting fuses and relays may reestablish continuity, however a deox spray cleaner and dielectric grease will prevent reoccurance.
As for ignition switch unless a contact inside is just terribly burnt , the contacts block can loosen up and prevent power from getting to various systems. Jiggling the connector will demonstrate this being an issue
Inertial fuel cut off switch could be an issue.they are there to cut fuel flow in the event of accident but can be trggered by jarring from any means and often forgotten about.
Testimonial: "Where are the fuel cutoff switchs located"
You need an electrician. He will probably need a wiring diagram to figure out what circuit has the malfunction. Have you checked to make sure the fuel pump fuse has not blown?
By jumping the solenoid, do you mean you bypassed it? I don't even know what solenoid you are referring to.
The pump circuit, if like other GM vehicles of those years, probably has a fuel pump relay (under the hood) and a fuel pump fuse- probably a 15 amp blue fuse, could be under the hood or under the dash. If you check all fuses, then find the pump relay, now you can check there for power available to the relay. The pcm is what signals this relay on. Does your pcm have power? Does your check engine light come on when you turn the key to ON?
Testimonial: "Yes I bypassed it and all fuses are working in my fuse panel I looked under the front in the main panel and the one under the steering wheel is there any other fuse panels that I need to look for"
The fuel pump relay has power fuel pump is still not working
That's probably all of the fuses. So the relay has power. Try jumping that relay (terminals 30 and 87, I think on those relays) Jumper from the power terminal to the terminal that goes direct to fuel pump-that should tell you if your pump is good or not. If that doesn't make the pump turn on, then only possibly a bad ground for the pump or a bad pump. But if that makes the pump come on, then you have to figure out why the pcm is not signaling that relay to turn on and send power to the pump. Swap another relay in to test if you have a bad fuel pump relay.
I did a search for 9290 inertial fuel pump cutoff switch. closest I can find by your left foot on the inside of the firewall if you run that search you'll see an image of several fuel cutoff switches so you will know what you're looking for

If the pump was bad it certainly could have cooked the relay.
Ignition switch is probably the only thing that it could be other than loose or shorted power wires IF these two problems have a common cause.
1992 ? ...multiple isues stemmingfrom oxidized electrical conections, contacts switches relays etc.
Be the electrician.
Perhaps you tripped the inertial cutoff switch fixing flashlights one article suggested it is on the inside of the firewall by your left foot.probably bumped it with your head. Run a search for"92 Fleetwood p90 inertial fuel cutoff switch and you will get pictures of the various style switches and several potentially helpful vids, articles and forum threads.
Okay I drop the gas tank I have power on both white and red legs and my ground is good fuel pump is brand new most likely defective defective
