It would help if you add year, make and model of your vehicle. Also, can check what codes you have in the ABS control module which you can post in here.

I recently had the engine rebuilt in my 2006 F-150. My brake/ABS fuse now blow every 5-7 days.

I know its a long shot but is it possible you have trapped or cut the wiring harness during the work and its shorting out on the frame etc.
Go back through the work carefully.

Right hand headlight not working had 2 stright wire it to the left side

You should not run this bulb in series with the light on the other side. You will only cause your lights to dim and possibly cause more electrical issues.

You need to trace the fault with the wiring on the side with the issue.

1) Check the bulb connector for corrosion or signs of overheating.
2) Check or replace the headlight relay.
3) Trace the light wiring back, running continuity checks down the length of the wire to the relay.

You should have found the issue by number 3 ;)

My fans are not working

Check the fan directly on the battery to confirm the fan motor.
Next check on the fan motor relay in the relay box, check power to the relay and output. trace the wiring.
Finally a fault in the heat sensor - thermistor - that must trigger the fan relay circuit. Need to trace the sensor from the engine body - water jacket to the relay circuit.-- also suspect the sensor relay drive circuit.

Where is the abs speed sensor on a 5 series bmw?as the abs light and traction light have both illuminated

You have 4 wheel speed sensors. There is one at each wheel located just behind the hub. You can trace it by loacting the black insulated wire leading out from the wheel well and going behind the wheel.

01 Suburban with abs system. abs light came on

A relay controls the ABS motor. You can trace the wires running to it. The next time you shut the engine off unplug the relay. If that shuts it off get a new relay for the old one will not open its circuit to shut off the motor to the ABS motor

98 Rodeo - ABS light on all the time, Relay Error?

I had a similare problem. Mechanic found a broken ABS wire connection in the rear left shock area. It did not solve the issue. I pulled out the ABS sensor from the rear diff and found a piece of metal megnetized to it. Removed it and things worked. New mystery about the metal though.....
Eventually I had to redo what the mechanic fixed with the wire connection and I replace the entire harness. Removed it entirely and soldered a cable in between.

X5 abs trac controle and stabilety controle

Hello Steve

The problem is in the fuse box. The ABS Fuse needs replacing and while you are doing this make sure you check other fuses too, as the ABS fuse normally takes out other fuses but not always.

Hope this helps. Please don't forget to rate me.
