SOURCE: I need to find the oil pressure relay so I can replace it !

It is on the top behind the intake. It is pretty far down but it is easy to get from the top side. It will take a special socket you can buy at your local parts house.

SOURCE: GMC 2007 SERRIA, 0 OIL PRESSURE, LIKELY PROBLEM.

Oil pumps don't have a MTF remotely close to an alternator or water pump. Not that they NEVER fail, but given the fluid they move(oil) it's about as friendly an environment as you will find in an engine. What does your OBDII show? Check the sender unit. How is your oil, feel gritty? NG! Peek into the oil filler cap and see if oil is flowing over the rockers. How long have you run it with zero PSI? If you really have no pressure you will hear all sorts of strange(and nasty) sounds, and quickly, some manner of seconds.

Sender units are generally cheap, even simply removing the connectors and reattaching them could clean enough to make a connection, poor, but connection nevertheless.

So as Occam's razor tells us, when you hear hoofs think horse, not zebra :). Go toward the easy stuff first.

Did you suddenly loose all oil as well? Once you loose all oil pressure you must shut engine off IMMEDIATLY to prevent major engine damage.. How low is oil now? If very low and you really lost all pressure, engine may be junk.

GMC 2007 SERRIA, 0 OIL PRESSURE, LIKELY PROBLEM.

Oil pump shaft broken, Spun main bearing on crankshaft will cover the oil hole on the crankshaft stopping oil flow to the engine.

If the oil dipstick shows good oil level, the problem is usually is a failed pressure sensor, which I would have checked ASAP at a shop. If the oil level is very low, top it up, but to avoid serious engine damage you may need to have it towed ASAP to a shop for repairs.

Oil presure gauge went to zero and computer said low oil presure! I then heard a loud knocking coming from engine! I check level of engine oil and its full, what do you think it is?

You didn't state the mileage (would help with diagnosis) But unfortunately you have suffered major engine damage. And that would depend if the knocking you hear is steady at engine idle or only knocks when reving the engine . For some reason the oil pressure did fall to zero, most likely due to bearing wear but again depends on mileage. If knocks constant at idle it is a spun main bearing, if knocks only while reving engine it is a spun connecting rod bearing. Either require an engine overhaul. Or engine swap, Once again it depends on how many miles you have the engine to determine if its wise to rebuild it or replace it. I hope this answers your Q.....

Oil pressure gauge is zeroed out (0); oil is fine; engine started to knock (valve knocking). Help!! Engine was never low on oil.

Oil was check with a dipstick?then you only check its volume, here the real check you lost pressure. The oil pump supplies oil to valves to timing chain but is not the device that creates pressure, pressure is created by the cranksahft and its main bearing, if the oil pump fails then the crankshaft cannot create the needed pressure ,is the pan hit? Do not turn this on no more, youll need to get it inspected, if you run ir it will just freeze up. tow it to a repair area,

2003 GMC Sierra Knock sensor and oil pressure??

the knock sensors are located below the intake plenum,or,upper intake manifold as some call it, they screw into the lower intake, the front one is sensor 1, the rear is sensor 2. it is wise to change both if you have some miles.since you are going to be buying a gasket set to do this job.the sensors are cheaper than the gaskets.
