Right signal lights front and back do not work, I have changed light bulbs on front and back still does not work. Left side works. 2005 H2

Look in the fuse panel by opening the driver;s door and removing the panel on the side of the dash. There is a fuse specifically for the right and left sides. Double check that fuse. This is most likely. Let me know if you need anything else.

Roof leak water comes in on passenger side

This could be a coulple things. Try putting a piece of paper or dollar bill in top of doors either front or back where ever the water is coming in. Shut the door and the paper should not pull through. If does just open the door and put you window down, please your knee by inside handle of the door and pull the top in a little. Keep doing this little at a time until is tight. Also check the weatherstrips they may need replaced.

Water leaking from roof area of 2004 H2 Hummer ,lights ,door and sunroof

this was actually a common problem with the early models. you should take it back to the dealership where a technician will perfrom a "tsb" on the drain channels that run through the "A" pillar. they got pinched during assembly. best case it might be clogged with dirt in which case you can blow through these channels yourself with compressed air. they are located in the front corners of the sunroof channel while open. good luck.
