Question about Ford Cars & Trucks
I bought two new outside door mirrors for a 1996 ford ranger. and installed them on a 1967 c/10 pick up, I used a switch a wiring harness from a 2004 gmc safari, but all the wires are the same color, I had them working in my garage but when I installed in truck I got wires mixed up now they don't work the wiring harness has letters A-H ON IT AND THE MIRRORS HAVE THREE WIRES FROM EACH MIRROR RED,BLUE AND YELLOW WHICH LETTER WIRE GOES TO WHAT COLOR wire on the mirrors thanks fun
Get yourself a test light and figure out what harness wire does what when the switch is activated. Then figure out what wires control which movement to the mirror and match them up.
