Thank u for ur answer but What do all the abbreviations mean... I know what DTC is (diagnostic trouble code) and when you refer to the sections sections of what?
What type scan tool did you use to see this code ? Or was it just a code reader ? The adbreviations are the different modules that could be bad ! DTC B1342 can mean different modules have a problem . I was trying to make a point about the code being that different modules could be the problem . And a professional grade scan tool that can communicate with all the modules on the vehicle is needed to diagnose this problem .Because one of these modules isn't talking and you need to find out which one before you can diagnose the problem . More then likely one of these modules is shorted internally or has a power or ground problem .

Several car wax companys make kits to clean the outside of the headlight lenses. Check your local parts stores. It's usally pretty hard to remove the len, they are often glued on.
SOURCE: 2002 mercury cougar vacuum line off the top of transmission
The hose connects to the top of the transmission, underneath the car's battery (you'll have to remove the battery to see the connection site). It's important that this hose, once reconnected, does not does not get crimped. If the hose is not free to "breathe" pressure buildup in the transmission can cause fluid to pour out of the fill point (where the dip-stick goes).
