Rear left wheel lockt up

You can adjust the handbrake from inside the car at the rear of the handbrake. All cars are a little different so you have to look around the area. Usually you have to remove a panel there.

Jack up the back left wheel and rotate it by hand. if it makes a scraping sound, adjust the handbrake by turning the left side adjusting nuts.

This may not work if the problem is the brake caliper or something inside the wheel.
hope this helps.

possibly an O2 sensor or a fuel pump/filter going bad/clogged. It sounds like a fuel issue. does the car have abs brakes and an abs dash light that turns on with the other lights when you turn the car to on before starting? dragging brakes is not fun and i have seen abs sensors go bad and lock up on people including myself.

I am hearing a dragging noise from the front of my vehicle only when going forwards. Hit the brakes and they feel fine and no squeeling or anything when i hit them. Any ideas?

Check the wheel wells and see if a mud flap or a splash guard is loose/broken and rubbing. Or even a bag or something could have gotten stuck in the wheel.

Slow drag starts, stalling and surging when at a stop

you could have a brake booster issue. you can do a simple test on another car by leaving the engine off and press the brake repeatedly 3 or four times will use up the vacuum in the brake booster. Once you have done this does it feel like the brake pedal in your van?

Brakes

you may have to take the rotors back off completely and look for the baby brake shoes behind the rotors because sometimes they will hang up and give you some of the problems you are having
