Hi i have a mitsubishi verada 1998 it wont idle down can anyone suggest wat it might be

wow an oldie but a goodie !!! 1998 !!! first id look to make sure the throttle isn't stuck , old aluminum gets corroded and likes to stick a bit then id look 4 any cracked and broken hoses on the manifold , if any of these leak air it will high idle

Faulty ignition coils

I have a 95 MIrage with this problem though I have replaced, ECM, Ignition module and coil. I advise staying away from the 90's models only based on my experiences with my Mitsubishi.

Blown fuse mitsubishi verada 1998

It could be as simple as the brake light switch located at the brake pedal and under the dash.
They go bad from time to time.

It's a little motor that i believe opens and shuts a damper to do with the climate control, a quick fix is just adjusting the cabin temp up a few notches.
