Usually one of the holes in the marker light where screw goes in, has metal contact where screw meets light, but if not, and they are not push in wire connection type from behind, then just run your white wire up through hole in housing, and bare the end & tighten it up under screw holding light to body. White should be ground, brown should be power.

You will have to check the positive wire of the wires that go to the parking and side marker lights for a short to ground.Check the easy things first like the bulbs for these lights. It could just be a shorted bulb. You can remove one at a time and see when the fuse stops blowing. You an get a short finder from a part store and save the trouble of getting a bunch of fuses.Hope this helps.Good luck.

SOURCE: I have a 2003 GMC
the first thing would be to test for power and ground at the wires going to the sockets, the most common reason for this is the sockets go bad inside.this is a complete unit, the main connector is where you would check for power first then go on to socket, most of the time the connector for the main power feed goes bad, it has a connector for all the wiring and then splits all wires to there location inside headlight asm. again testing with a testlight would be very helpful i think you will find a bad socket for each light out or the main connector on the headlight asm is bad. good luck. have a good day.
