In the case of a Vehicle, (you are in Cars and Trucks category), 'year make model'. There are over 40,000 categories to choose from.
If it doesn't work with batteries, and the correct power cord is being used, then it's fried. Try wiggling the lantern end of the plug slowly, to put it in a bind at each end. As long As it's turned on, you should see some sign of life if it's not fried. The plug shouldn't move much, but if it moves, the solder points inside of the lantern to the circuit board could be broken off. If none of that works, it's fried.
You'll need the door key with a dead battery because the key fob won't unlock the doors with a dead battery lost or not.. Toyota dealer is the only place a new key fob can be purchased that will work.
Hey Princess, ALL portable chargers have their own battery inside.. yours is 10+ years old.. its dead.. You will need to open the case and simply replace it..(the case will have screws/allen heads..(maybe security type).. remove them and ease the cases apart..If you are not comfortable or unable to do this... the battery shop MIGHT help you open it ,,(they want to sell batteries,,) they will be able to get you a replacement battery..
