Postpone jury duty

You can only do this by writing to the clerk of the court that has sent you the Jury Notice. You must give good reason, and going to work is not one of them. Good reasons are medical ill health, looking after ill family or childcare, or booked vacations.

A well maintained caravan is a very reliable vehicle. Make sure all the fluids are checked as well as belts, hoses, tire condition and brake condition. Also assess your spare tire condition and its operation/jack components. A properly functioning a/c system may also be a benefit

You insurance company will likely decline to insure the second home as you have no Certificate of Occupancy which tells them it was built to code and thus meets minimum safety standards. I doubt that they would "rat you out", though. You could always go to the local building official and apply for an "after the fact" permit. This will likely entail your having to expose wiring and foundation components etc., but at least you can get it insured once you have the C of O. This obviously has a potential downside, especially if you have zoning issues like setback requirements or too many structures on the property and so forth.
Best of Luck.

I do not have a manual for my vehicle, can I use a synthnic oil in this vehicle with high mileage

You can probably use it this synthetic oil without problem ... however, there is little benefit to doing so ... and the expense will be high. Oil costs about $2.00/qt where I live while synthetic is approaching $7.00/qt. Still need to change at regular intervals despite what is stated on the container.

What is high mileage? I still used standard oils in my 26 year old van with more than 250,000 miles on it with no ill effect. I saw no benefit to increasing the cost of an oil change by this huge factor.

Speedometer does not work. Started not working one cold morning

the speedo is run by a nylon gear on the ebd of the vehcile speed sensor mounted on the trans. Sometimes it won't come out due to corrosion.

A siganl then goes to the instrument cluster and is converted to operate the speedo and also tells the engine computer speed info to control shift quality, etc.
I would first check the 2 wire connector on the top back of the trans where the VSS is mounted. Sometimes it gets corroded too.

go here too
