As far as I know there is no filter it's called a heater coil and that is withing your dash on passenger side. Look up on YouTube or get the book on how to replace. It is a job tho so be prepared to do some reading apart!

SOURCE: what tool do i need to change out a starter on a

most likely 10mm socket. the bolt on the starter is 12mm and 14mm. there is a 6mm wire nut you have to take it off.
better off go get a set of mm sockets. instead of getting single socket at a time.

My check engine light on my 1995 Toyota Paseo keeps coming on and I really do not know why, nor do I know of a place that can check it for free just to see why. Why is that??

There may be an error active being detected by the computer. Some shops like autozone lets you borrow their scanners for free. You need to get the error to accurately diagnose the problem.

The motor is is blowing but the air never gets hot in my 92 paseo. How do i fix this?

There could be 3 reasons...1 you need a new thermostat as the coolant is not getting hot enough which if you have a temperature gage should show this...2 your heater core may be plugged and no coolant is passing through, you'll need it flushed out or...3 the valve that allows coolant to flow through the heater core isn't working and depending if it's vacuum controlled or electric may need replaced or a fuse may need replaced. One of the headlights on a 1995 toyota paseo has blown, what do we need to do to change it?

first buy the right halogen bulb for your car, you can buy this at any autozone or napa parts store. Then in the engine compartment look for a twist off plastic round cap that has wires connected to it behind the bad bulb, twist counter clockwise as if you were looking at it straight on it will come right out. Now this is the important part wear latex gloves because oil on the new bulb will just heat up an pop again. to remove the bulb it should just pull out like a fuse. put back in reverse order good luck

The ac in my 92 toyota paseo is only blowing hot air, after driving for a long time it gets slightly cold but thats it

the hose going to the condensor should be hot, this means the compressor is working . The cooling fan should be on ,confirm air flow is not restricted.also make sure the heat is shutting off by pinching off a heater hose.

93 Toyota Paseo 1.5 lit, 5 speed will not start when hot

The starter won't get hot while the car is running. The starter only works while you are cranking it over. After running a while and the car is hot, feel if your battery is not over heating. If the vaultage regulator in the alternator is bad the battery may be overcharging causing it to over heat and not want to work when boiling. After it cools down it may work again.
I this will help.
