Question about 1995 Toyota Paseo
As far as I know there is no filter it's called a heater coil and that is withing your dash on passenger side. Look up on YouTube or get the book on how to replace. It is a job tho so be prepared to do some reading apart!

most likely 10mm socket. the bolt on the starter is 12mm and 14mm. there is a 6mm wire nut you have to take it off.
better off go get a set of mm sockets. instead of getting single socket at a time.

Maybe the heater core is blocked.....try using the water hose to force water thru it. You will need to take BOTH lines loose from the heater core..water should come out fast....Be careful and go slow, don't break the necks of the core !!!
