A or B = it's time for an oil change. "A" means oil only and "B" means oil and filter but, we always change both.
1 = tire rotation is due.
2 = replace air and cabin filters.
3 = replace transmission fluid.
4 = replace spark plugs.
5 = replace engine coolant.
Hello! Nothing to get excited over...The codes are for general maintenance and are somewhere in the owners manual...B is oil change, differential fluid change, 1 is rotate tires, and 2 is air and cabin filter changes...etc...Guru...saailer

B2 Means its time for an oil change, Tire rotation, Cabin filter replacement and air filter replacements. Call your dealer or local Acura rep for an appointment.

Cabin air filter is available as an optional dealer installed kit. If a filter is already installed, it is located under the right side of the instrument panel on the HVAC housing. Trim panel may have to be removed to gain access to filter.
Below the glove box near the center console is a black plastic box that contains the filter. Slide the door toward rear of vehicle and then swing door down to get to the filter. You can see the filter after opening the door.
Open glove compartment. Press inward at both sides of the glove compartment, then lower the glove compartment.Remove the lower side instrument panel and crash trim pad.
Remove the four glove compartment upper cover retaining screws, then the cover. Remove the two glove compartment retaining bolts, then the glove compartment. Press on the cabin air filter cover tab, then remove the cove Remove the cabin air filter from the blower unit opening. Install a new cabin filter, ensuring the air flow marking is facing in the proper direction. Install the cabin air filter cover, ensuring the cover is properly installed. Position the glove compartment to the instrument panel, then install the two retaining bolts. Install the glove compartment upper cover. Install the lower side instrument panel crash pad. Lift the glove compartment into position. Close the glove compartment.
