Dash and parking/ driving lights out , where's fuse located?

they usually don't all go out is the flashers lit solid green? if so bad ground on the cluster board and needs cleaning. serviced its around 100-200. do it yourself for free. ask for directions if the lights are green. Try tapping the dash above the cluster see if they come on.

What is blinking red light on top of dash board by wind shield and what is green light on rear view mirror for

The Green one on the rearview sounds like an autodimmer. (tints the rearview mirror from bright headlights behind you) & the Red one on the dash could be an alarm warning light
