Shock absorbers have to be the required engineered length as they have a measurement to operate in for the suspension travel
using any items of the incorrect length results in the shocky failure, (broken rod, rubbers, mount in body tearing out bending , jamming and stopping the suspension from working, loss of steering control), body damage , suspension failure
as shock absorbers have a working service life of less than 60,000 miles, ( less if used in off road situations) the use of used units is not recommended

Gas coming out of 1991 volvo turbo 940 of the front of the fuel rail why?


The fulerail has welded "fastenig ears" usually one of thease welds causes material fatigue and eventually cracks. exchange the pipe. i seem to remember that it is not to expensive.
I seem to remember that it is a metric pipe so you van always fit a cutring fitting plug to seal it in the end.

there are bolt all around the back cover of the differential. something like 8-12 bolts. remove thease and be ready for the diff fluid to come out.

HI, IF I REMEMBER THEASE JUST SNAPPED IN TO REMOVE YOU HAD TO FEEL THE TWO LUGS THROUGH THE REAR OF THE SEAT AND PINCE THE LUGS IN AND LEVER OUT AT SAME TIME ,HOPE THIS HELPS THANKS.
