SOURCE: check engine light fault code PO505

This code is for your electronic throttle control system it probably needs to be cleaned the butter fly sticks due to build up in side the throttle body clean with tooth brush and emission save throttle body cleaner clear codes and then dissconnect the battery for 3 hours hook back up then go for a short drive stop and go to reset idle control that should take care of this.

SOURCE: I have a 2002 Toyota

First thought is ignition being way off - the ignition system usually gets the crankshaft position from a proximity switch (crank position sensor) and calculates ignition timing from this pulse. When this switch gives faulty pulses everything is off. Check connector and cable and if possible test it.

How do i do a dpf regeneration on a toyota dyna

normally most new diesel vehicles with diesel particulate filters give you a warning light when it is ready to regenerate.if you got your handbook it may explain the method, diesel vehicles that do more short distance driving need regen more often because the filter blocks with soot particles quicker. try driving on a motorway for about 30mins at high speeds and keep engine revs up using a lower gear perhaps? or you can try cleaner addative to add to the fuel.some vehicles have to go on diagnostic equipment to instigate regeneration.hope this helps

I have a toyota dyna 100 and when the ignition is turned to start it buzz's but will not get any crank

have a load test done on the battery first to eliminate any battery problems Normally that indication will be a clicking of the solenoid on the starter. If the starter is buzzing then it is time to pull the unit and have it bench tested by an accredited auto electrician.

Toyota dyna oil light reset

After changing the oil and filter on a 2008 Dyna, the "oil change" light would not turn off. On the plastic dash screen, there is a small circular rubber plug just above the rev counter. This plug can be prised off. Prise off the plug, insert a pin and press the button. Oil change light turns off.

When starting my car, the engine seems a little powerless,

i have a 1.8 escort which is much the same engine as st when you start them you do not give them throttle you just depress clutch and not touch throttle ,they have a cold start on them so by the sounds of it the cold start is faulty you have done the right thing take it to dealers and not let anybody touch it cause you could invalidate its warranty (my car when started revs go high but after it is started it sits about a thousand rpm)hope this helps you
