Hi My partners car was stolen on Sunday morning. It is a Hyundia IX35 2014 Model. Now we have both sets of keys so they didnt steal the keys. Now assuming she left it unlocked is how can they start?

When you hit lock or unlock you broadcast your code over a wide area, that's when they grab that and store that. Now they can open the vehicle easily.Do you have keyless ignition?Run muliple codes until they hit yours.Need a key?Just cut it from the vin number.BUT...it's usually just towed away,it's quicker.
Had service done somewhere?Left your keys? Now someone may have a copy of your key and your address..
PUT IN A GPS TRACKER on the next vehicle because there is really nothing you can do if someone want's your car.

My caR won't turn over but all lights and everything turn on. There is a red light that comes on when turning the key in the fuel area but I have plenty gas

That light is telling you that the fuel system has been disabled. The computer "thinks" that someone is stealing your car. This is caused either by someone trying to steal your car or more often, a malfunction in the onboard security system.

Ignition switch repair

whats left of the key cylinder? Is it still in place? if it is or isn't... if you can turn it with a flat head screw driver to the "start" position then your in good shape. Chances are you have a transponder chip (a theft deterrent, probably why they weren't able to steal your car) built into you key... try to crank it with the screwdriver and place (the top of) your key near the cylinder so it can pick up the signal. as for replacing the cylinder... that's a bit more tricky, i would bring it to a dealership and try to get your insurance to cover it....

Someone tried to steal my truck how do i get the ignition out and replace it

YOUR TRUCK HAS WHAT IS CALLED A VATS KEY, SO YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE THE KEY PROGRAMMED TO THE TRUCK ,EVEN AFTER YOU REPLACE THE SWITCH,YOU WILL PROBABLY NEED THE VIN # TO GET THE CORRECT SWITCH FOR YOU TRUCK ,BUT TO REPLACE THE SWITCH YOU WILL NEED SEVERAL TOOLS ,LIKE A COLUMN LOCK PLATE COMPRESSER LOCK RING PLIERS, A SET OF PICKS TO GET THE LOCK PLATE LOCK RING OFF,AND A PULLER SET TO REMOVE THE STEERING WHEEL,AFTER THE WHEEL IS OFF ,GENTLY AS YOU CAN PULL THE SRS CLOCKSPRING OUT FAR ENOUGH TO GET TO THE LOCK PLATE ,AFTER THE PLATE IS OFF,TAKE THE SCREW OUT OF THE TURN SIGNAL ARM,& POSSIBLY THE HAZZARD SWITCH KNOB THEN REMOVE THE THREE SCREWS HOLDING THE T-SIGNAL SWITCH (IF APPLIES TO THIS TRUCK) IF NOT AFTER LOCK PLATE YOU WILL SEE A TORX SCREW ON RH BOTTOM INSIDE COLUMN,REMOVE IT & THE SWITCH WILL SLIDE OUT . I WOULD RECOMMEND LETTING A PROFESSIONAL DO IT BECAUSE OF THE SECURITY SYSTEM FOR THE KEY & IGNITION.

turn it in to your insurance, you are most likely going to need an entire new steering column to fix this.
