After maintenance the gasoline pump noise

Normal maintenance and repair, should not affect the fuel pump, the fuel pump in the tank, the other no matter how much engine speed, fuel pump's speed is certain, furthermore because too little fuel pump to overheat and cause abnormal sound, which case requires a long period of oil will have little impact on the state in this regard, maybe the noise generated after a certain period, if not great, accelerate the normal, it should not affect the use. I hope the answer to help you.

I removed the thermostatic valve from my 1.3 Honda city (2008), Is there any issue on that ?

with no thermostat the coolant is always resting in the block of the motor causing the engine to run cooler than normal for extended periods of time. this will cause poor gas mileage as the ecm will deliver more fuel to the motor in an attempt to warm it after an extended period of time it is possible this excess fuel may foul out spark plugs causing a rough idle condition.

FUEL PUMP RELAY TRIPS PERIODICALLY CAUSING VEHICLE TO STOP RUNNING. SWITCHING OUT THE RELAY, ALLOWS THE CAR TO START AGAIN AND RUN NORMALLY... WHY/?

sounds like you may have a short that is causing relay to fail so buy a circuit tester at parts store for few bucks and test wires to relay for shorts.

I have a 2002/04 Nissan almera chassis # JN1CFAN16Z0007488 Engine # QG16218511that i purchased with 28000 kms. From day one, every time you drive over a hump the car would stall (not cut off, but stutter)...

Stop by any good parts store (Autozone, Advance, etc..) and have an OBII scan done (fault scan) they do this free. Have them give you the codes and explain what each one means.
Your computer tracks all these faults that you described and keeps record of them. The multiple issues will top the list. There you will KNOW exactly what ids to be replaced vs throwing parts at it.

Ford : back the truck up 10ft put truck in neutral and disengage four wheel low. (You can't drive in four wheel low cause its a pulling gear and you won't do over 3-5 mph.)
Nissan: start truck see if it idles normal. If so rev motor and check throttle for sticking and check EGR valve make sure its not stuck open or malfunctioning when you drive it..
