My plymouth voyager backup lights does not work after i repair my transmission

Did you replace your neutral saftey/back-up switch or not plug it in all the way. I would lookthere.

this sounds like you have a bad neutral switch, which is where the back up control is located. it sounds like it has a short to power that's why the reverse lights stay on.

Check the neutral safety switch on the transmission.

Backup light does not work when bulb is working

Switch at transmission is not line up when it shift to reverse.
So need to adjust.

You should be good to go.

Both backup lights don't work, fuses are good, bulbs are good

Check back-up/safety neutral switch at transmission.

I posted an earlier problem have a 2002 plymouth voyager the backup lights are not working and have tried the switching through the gears and watch for a blink of lights and also can not find the the fuse...

Any error codes is showing? check that and reply with error codes. Also he transmission range sensor -- located in the transmission is bad --replace the switch

I have a 98 plymouth voyager, the back up lights do not work

replace the transmission park and neutral switch.most of the time when it stop working your back up lights stop working.

Transmission stuck in 2nd gear

To make a long story short, your transmission is done. Sorry. I just went through this with my Voyeger.

I have a 96 plymouth voyager and the reverse lights wont come on when in reverse?

on your transmission ther is a backup switch (sensor), suspect that to be the problem.(if lights are OK)
