It has pencil coils on top of the engine. Remove the coils and you'll find the spark plug underneath it. If your car has been misfiring, it is more likely to be a coil than a spark plug. It is best to replace all 4 coils at the same time as they normally go one within a short space of the other
Make sure there is enough transmission oil in the gearbox, without oil the synchro's cannot work so gearchanges will be slow and cumbersome.
If filling the gearbox oil dosent help maybe you have gearbox damage - have the gearbox checked out.
