Pulse and continuous flow (or pulse dose and continuous flow dose) refer to how the oxygen is delivered to the patient. A pulse flow machine delivers oxygen only when the patient inhales and is triggered by inhaling. A continuous flow machine delivers a continuous flow of oxygen. Most continuous flow machines will deliver BOTH pulse and continuous flow. Here is oxygen tank process

My fuel pump iz working bt my injectors are not firing

Back probe the injectors with a led circuit tester, if there is no pulse trace the injector wiring back to the ECU for a broken or bad connection. If there is a pulse the fault will almost likely be fuel. check the fuel pressure and flow , if the flow is low replace the filter, if the pressure is low replace the pump/

The headlights pulse while the engine is running

Pulse? you mean the elevation mechanism is oscillating? or the lights go dim and then bright like you were constantly on the dimming switch? if this, there is a dimming switch/relay that operates from a single pulse from your driver's dimming switch. I am guessing you have a cross over from power supply and engine vibration does the pulse. Follow the headlight wire back from to a little box, probably metal. Check all connections and possible crossover. It could be within the switch and going haywire. You may be able to listen to the continuous clicking. You may be able to rebuild it, but may not be worth it. So buy a new one. If it's the elevation mechanism, there may be a similar relay for the motor but connected to the lights on switch. There may be a faulty relay, or again viabrating donnection with a make break operation.

1989 volvo gl is not getting fuel to injectures what to do?

check the pressure and flow , if the pressure in the fuel rail is ok the injectors must have fuel to them as they are connected to the rail, may be there is no pulse to the injectors they get a pulse from the computer . if there is no pulse check the fuses.

E404 error code?

P0404 Dodge - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Position Sensor Performance Early Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) systems component s include and EGR Valve, and Engine Control ?odule (EC?) Controlled Vacuum Switch Valve or EGR Solenoid and an EGR Vacuum ?odulator. Depending on the engine and driving conditions, the EC? will control the EGR Solenoid which will operate the EGR Vacuum ?odulator to regulate the opening and closing of the EGR Valve.
The EGR system on recently built vehicles uses a step motor to control the flow rate of EGR from exhaust manifold. This motor has four winding phases. It operates according to the output pulse signal of the EC?. Two windings are turned ON and OFF in sequence. Each time an ON pulse is issued, the valve opens or closes, changing the flow rate. When no change in the flow rate is needed, the EC? does not issue the pulse signal. ? certain voltage signal is issued so that the valve remains at that particular opening.

Me esta dando un codico con el escaner 1709

english please. 03 suz aerio
no engine option stated, nor tranmission.?
DTC P1709 is a suzuki only factory code P1 mean that.
so only suzuki books work for that
I log in to alldata
and see
Trouble Code:P1709
Engine Coolant Temperature And Barometric Pressure Signal Circuit Malfunction
Trouble Code Conditions:
Too long high signal of pulse signal from ECM to TCM continues to be out of specification. or Too long low signal of pulse signal from ECM to TCM continues to be out of specification. or Too long or short low signal of pulse signal from ECM to TCM is detected in continuous 8 pulse.
Possible Causes: TCM errors. check

only a real FSM will help here.
get one. or get service at Suzuki.

Failed smog test Code PO443 ck. engine light on

This is the generic definition for the code.
Your year and model may be different. Possible causes include a faulty purge control valve or the circuit back to the computer.

P0443 Description The Evaporative Emission System (EVAP) canister purge volume control solenoid valve uses a ON/OFF duty to control the flow rate of fuel vapor from the EVAP canister. The EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve is moved by ON/OFF pulses from the Engine Control Module (ECM). The longer the ON pulse, the greater the amount of fuel vapor that will flow through the valve.

2002 altima p0011

Here is the definition for code 11.

P0011 NISSAN Description
Problem with the intake valve timing control solenoid valve.
This mechanism hydraulically controls cam phases continuously with the fixed operating angle of the intake valve.

The ECM receives signals such as crankshaft position, camshaft position, engine speed, and engine coolant temperature. Then, the ECM sends ON/OFF pulse duty signals to the intake valve timing control solenoid valve depending on driving status. This makes it possible to control the shut/open timing of the intake valve to increase engine torque in low/mid speed range and output in high-speed range.

The intake valve timing control solenoid valve changes the oil amount and direction of flow through intake valve timing control unit or stops oil flow. The longer pulse width advances valve angle. The shorter pulse width retards valve angle. When ON and OFF pulse widths become equal, the solenoid valve stops oil pressure flow to fix the intake valve angle at the control position.
Could be a problem with the control valve, oil flow to the valve, or one of the cam or crank sensors.

Here is the definition. You may want to do some research on the code and the valve that controls cam timing.

The ECM receives signals such as crankshaft position, camshaft position, engine speed, and engine coolant temperature. what vehicle? injector pulse controlled by computer. the computer recieves a pulse from crank angle sensor, or distributor pick up, etc.
then controls injector pulse. Mass air flow on some vehicles determines spray pattern

I want to know why my 1992 jetta does not not have a pulse on the injectors, does it have a relay or how does the injection system work

Your fuel injectors don't pulse because you have the CIS-E system, Continuous Flow Fuel Injection System. It is hydro-mechanical and relies on changes in air pressure and fuel presssure to work. Your best bet, if you are having problems is to go to Bentleypublishers.com and order the service manual for your car. It has an excellent section on this system and should be able to get you going again. It has all the tests and readings to determine what the problem is. Patience is necessary to work on this system. Good luck and hope this helps.
