Vehicle heaters work by passing coolant that has been heated into the passenger compartment and through a radiator device and then back to the engine. The device is called a heater core. If you have not got heat there may be a blockage in the heater core and it might need to be flushed clean.
The heat control lever
follow the rod that it moves and see if it is connected to the valve device near the firewall . see if it is broken or not moving the valve .

The blower heater is not working started intermittenly and then it completely stopped. you can kinda hear a small weeze when turning the nob over

If you are saying that you get no heat coming out of the vents but still are getting air flow.... I would check your antifreeze level with the vehicle at a cold temperature.

Heat/air blower working intermittenly

I had a simular problem, turned out to be the blower motor itself. A real pain to change out, but worth the effort.

I have a timing problem. Low idle speed that is intermitten and causes a stumble at starts. This problem also occurres during normal running RPM's. Missing electronic signal but intermitten?

Could be bad sensor whether crank sensor, sam sensor, idle air control sensor, bad ignition module, bad coil or even timing belt. if you have a service engine soon light/creck engine light it's more than likely a sensor. If no light, probably timing belt/fuel filter plugged/ or weak fuel pump.
