We have no idea what you're talking about. If it is about Cars or Trucks, please indicate the make, model, and year, and be specific about what broke off from where.

One of my main bolts that hold the cross member on the honda ridgeline broke off and need to know how to take it out and replace it

You might be able to use a special tool that allows you to back it out. You drill a bit into the bolt and it has groves in the bit that bite into The bolt and allows you to extract it. Worst case scenario you will have to drill it out and add new threads.

Can brown recluse spider bites cause dizziness or vertigo

hi Richard.
Brown recluse spider bite The pain associated with a brown recluse spider bite typically increases during the first eight hours after the bite. You may also have fever, chills and body aches. The bite usually heals on its own in about a week. In a minority of cases, the skin at the center of the bite can become dark blue or purple and then evolve into a deep open sore (ulcer) that enlarges as the surrounding skin dies. The ulcer usually stops growing within 10 days after the bite, but full healing can take months.
Seek prompt medical care in the following situations:
  • You are unsure whether the bite was from a poisonous spider.
  • The person who was bitten experiences severe pain, abdominal cramping or a growing ulcer at the bite site.
  • The person who was bitten is having problems breathing.
Your doctor may recommend a tetanus booster shot if you haven't had one in the last five years.

How to install trunk lid torsion bars

one of those bars come out of its bracket ( on my 89 cougar)
none of the local shops would touch it, no even the body shops.
so i just connect one end to the lid, like normal, then with a pry bar, pryed out the other end and put in a small block of wood (two by four) then released the pry bar. took another bite pryed it out again then added another block until i got the desired spring back into the torsion rod. yes that's (jury rigged) but my trunk works almost like it should. if you need i can send you a picture of what i did.
