Now it starts but now where the milage is listed it says reduced power, the battery won't hold charge and it idols like ****. Any suggestions?

Try to disconnect the battery for a period of time to allow the computer to reset. Make sure the ins-cluster and all electrical is dry on the inside before doing this.

The inside light is blinking quickly because the front blinker light is out. I'm afraid that without more info I can't tell you why the lights are out.

There is a plastic clip on each side of the filter, inside the fuel lines. You'll need to squeeze the clip towards each other and pull off the line.
