How doI set the clock

Setting the Time (Without Date Display) If your vehicle has an AM/FM base radio with a single CD player and preset buttons numbered one through six, the radio will have a clock button for setting the time. You can set the time by following these steps: 1. Press the clock button until the hour numbers begin flashing on the display. Press the clock button a second time and the minute numbers will begin flashing on the display. 2. While either the hour or the minute numbers are flashing, turn the tune knob, located on the upper right side of the radio, clockwise or counterclockwise to increase or decrease the time. Instead of using the tune knob, you can also press the SEEK, FWD (forward), or REV (reverse) buttons to adjust the time. 3. Press the clock button again until the clock display stops flashing to set the currently displayed time; otherwise, the flashing will stop after five seconds and the current time displayed will be automatically set. To change the time default setting from 12 hour to 24 hour, press the clock button and then the pushbutton located under the forward arrow label. Once the time 12H and 24H are displayed, press the pushbutton located under the desired option to select the default. Press the clock button again to apply the selected default, or let the screen time out. Setting the Time (With Date Display) If your vehicle has a radio with a single CD player or a CD with DVD player, the radio will have a clock button for setting the time and date. To set the time and date, follow these instructions: 1. Turn the radio on. 2. Press the clock button and the HR, MIN, MM, DD, YYYY (hour, minute, month, day, and year) will appear on the display. 220 3. Press the pushbutton located under any one of the labels that you want to change. Every time the pushbutton is pressed again, the time or the date if selected, will increase by one. • Another way to increase the time or date, is to press the right SEEK arrow or FWD (forward) button. • To decrease, press the left SEEK arrow or REV (reverse) button. You can also turn the tune knob, located on the upper right side of the radio, to adjust the selected setting. The date will not automatically display. The only way to see the date is by pressing the clock button when the radio is on. The date with display will time out after a few seconds and go back to the normal radio and time display. If your vehicle has a radio with a six-disc CD player, the radio will have a MENU button instead of the clock button to set the time and date. To set the time and date, follow these instructions: 1. Turn the radio on. 2. Press the MENU button. Once the clock option is displayed. 3. Press the pushbutton located under that label. The HR, MIN, MM, DD, YYYY will appear on the display. 4. Press the clock button and then the pushbutton located under the forward arrow label. Once the time 12H and 24H, and the date MM/DD/YYYY (month, day, and year) and DD/MM/YYYY (day, month, and year) are displayed. 2. Press the pushbutton located under the desired option. 3. Press the clock or MENU button again to apply the selected default, or let the screen time out

My change oil display on my 2005 ford explorer i changed the oil and it wont go out

Hello again Chris,
I am not exactly sure how it's done on a FORD . On CHEVROLET and GMC, you put ignition on, not start, and then press pedal to floor three times within 5 seconds. Try it and see what happens. If no dice call your local FORD dealer service department, they will tell you over the phone. Please let me know how you made out, GOOD LUCK.

How do I fix a Lexus rx 2000 key

Try that I would suggest at first, clean with robbing alcohol and let it dry completely while the battery has already been taken off.

You might also be having a problem with the actual plastic thing that presses the button, if its worn out then just place a piece of paper underneath the button and then pressing it to see if there is any response from the car.

Hope that helps, let me know.

Set clock

So just to sumarize--when you press the INFO Button and select ADJUST CLOCK, for this time of year --Winter--set Daylight Savings Time to OFF--that will immediatly move your clock back 1 hour. All that selection does is just toggle 1-hour ahead and back--but it doesn't automatically select when DST is in use. Then select AUTO ADJUST to ON and leave it there; this will make sure your clock is always locked to GPS and is always accurate.

How do u reset the time on a honda civic 2004

Press and hold the CLOCK button until you hear a beep. Change the hours by pressing the H (Preset 4) button until the numbers advance to the desired time. Change the minutes by press the M (Preset 5) button until the numbers advance to the desired time. When you are finished, press the CLOCK button.
Vehicles without CD Player
Adjust the hours by pressing and holding the CLOCK button, then pressing the H (Preset 4) button. Adjust the minutes by pressing and holding the CLOCK button, then pressing the M (Preset 5) button
You can quickly set the time to the nearest hour. If the displayed time is before the half hour, press and hold the CLOCK button until you hear a beep, then press the R (Preset 6) button to set the clock back to the previous hour. If the displayed time is after the half hour, the clock sets forward to the beginning of the next hour.
For example: 1:06 will reset to 1:00 or 1:52 will reset to 2:00
Hope this gets you there.

tony none of those repairs should have affected the clock in any way. sounds like an unlucky coincedence, but you should go back to the place where repairs were performed and ask them to check it for you. a health check should be performed to se if any fault codes are present.
