Is OBL real

No, OBL is a lithium based energy source, regular automotive systems rely on combustion engines. Google a little, and you'll see that "OBL" is basically a big fat lie. If indeed we discover a energy source that can power the world with just a few drops, I'm sure it'll make mainstream news instead of some corny pop up claiming it's a miracle fuel. :)

I recommend getting the adjusters name and contact info. that is handling the claim. That person, the adjuster, is who decides liability.
