Here's a fix that worked for me. Imported a 2007 GTC from UK to Malaysia. Started ok off the boat but found battery flat after 3 weeks standing on my return from Europe. Unclip throttle linkage cover at rear of engine. Remove drivers side air filter housing cover (six star head screws). Remove air filter housing (two setbolts one with Allen key). With bolts removed housing can be lifted off - some resistance from clips on underside. This takes around 10 minutes. On bulkhead below air filter housing unclip small black rectangular plastic cover exposing two bolted terminals. The left hand terminal (looking from the front of the car) is a positive terminal from the starter battery. Connect jump leads to this positive terminal and any clean bolt on the chassis. You can now open the boot and also start the car. Alarm goes off for a couple of minutes but resets itself. Also got some odd warnings (EPC and suspension height) but these cleared after a short drive. Replace the air cleaner housing. A bit awkward getting the manifold seal to seat properly. Replace the start battery. Mine was a Bentley original so no surprise that it needed replacing after 8 years.

Lift the bonnet/hood and attach a battery charger for an hour, or get a jump start boost from one of your other vehicles using jump leads.

SOURCE: 2006 bentley continental w/dead battery. How can

Normally if you use the key and turn it to the left and then to the right the car will start on the resident battery and all will be well. Do not use the start button. If all lelse fails then put a battery charger into the two cigar light sockets for 1 hiur at max 10 amp with ignition turned of and with wires trapped in closed door to switch all coutesy lights off and then there will be enough for the trunk lock to energise. If it is later spec there will be a handle in the trunk accessible thru the centre arm rest by an arangutang!""

I tried all above on my Bentley continental GT 2003 and it did not work for me. I ended up removing the tail light by taking out 3 screws throught the frank and then jump starting the batteries.

I have 2010 Bentley GTC and the battery is dead. how do I open the passenger door so I can open the bonnet so I can jumpstart the car?

Perhaps you have a key that fits on the door, or is this one already complete keyless?
check the FOB if there is a little key in it.
And if the main door is open, try to open the passenger site from the inside.

Emergency trunk release

Usually, the "T" handle is an emergency release, in case someone becomes locked in the trunk, believe it or not.

It's attached to a cable that activates the latch mechanism.

Is your battery dead? Make sure the battery can hold a charge, Make sure the battery terminals are connected right and they are cleaned properly. Make sure the alternator is not bad. If it is, it will kill the battery in a short time.

Manual trunk release

There are 2 ways to do this. Remove the right rear seat cushion, and seatback. You will find a lever, that is the manual release for the trunk. If this is broken, use a large suction cup, and remove the taillights. This will provide access to the main battery, and start battery. Using an AGM approved charger, charge the main battery(Left-side-AGM) and start battery (Right-side-regular)
