1993 audi 90cs The temp gauge and the oil temp Guage both are blinking and it's over heating within 5 min of driving!the 2nd relay that says "Radiator fan relay" is missing!

Are they blinking from the moment you start or only after it's overheating? Replacing the relay as well as addressing any other obvious stuff would be the first step. Check coolant level and condition, assure the pressure cap is good and there's no leaks.

I have a 1993 dodge dakota that will not run when I put it in gear. If I let it set for awhile (2-3 hours) it will start right up and idle for as long as I want without missing but as soon as I put it into...

Check fuel filter, relay, fuel pump, sometimes the pump will run, but still too weak to run an engine at speed or underload. If fuel pressure checks out to be fine, look for a clogged catalytic converter.

I just want to make sure if I'm missing a relay on my toyota 93 v6 3.0 because fan is to slow

What makes you think your fan is to slow? And are we talking the cooling fan in the engine compartment or the comfort fan in passenger compartment?

The fan in the passenger compartment is usually a reostat type fan that is controlled by a switch.

Would a missing fuse prevent the vehicle from starting? its the fuse box on the drivers kick panel.

Yes it could. there are several that would do it. The IGN fuse (ignition), the engine fuse, the fuel pump fuse, the EFI fuse, and the circuit opening relay.

I have a 1993 f-250 with the5.0L. i changed the fuel pump, checked the fuse, and the relay. it still isnt pumping fuel whats wrong?

Start by checking for voltage at the fuel pump connector, if voltage is missing then you need to backup to the fuel pump relay and check there. It could be that the relay itself is failed in the tripped mode although you are resetting it.

1993 318i windows and sunroof appear to have no power

I have a 1993 bmw 318i and the same problem..no power to the windows or sunroof and no lights on any of the window or sunroof switches. The ANSWER is take the kick panel of the driver side locate the blue relay next to the orange or brown relay.Take the blue relay out and either replace it or take the blue cap off the relay and check the solder to all pins. There is one or more pins where the solder has crack..just buy a soldering gun and some solder .015 diameter and re solder all the cracked solder on the pins and it is back to normal.
