Kill switch for what ? Fuel pump ? If so . doesn't have one . There is a circuit opening relay in the I/P fuse box >The relay is energized by the PCM - engine computer . Do you know what a relay is and how it works ? There are video's on youtube on testing relay's and the electrical circuits they control .

I have switched out the speed sensor in my 03 vibe and still getting the hesitation and no power what could be causing this ?

Have you had it checked for diagnostic trouble code's ? Why would you change a sensor without checking code's am viewing sensor data parameters on a professional scan tool ? If you don't know what i'm talking about ,your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop.

No power to diagnostic port or fuel or ignition or starter pulse 03 vibe any ideas

All these have different fuses, except a main fuse that supplies power to the different fuses. Check those first. Check power from the battery to the fuse panel. Could be a bad fuse panel. If you check voltage with a volt meter, does it show any voltage at the fuses? If 0, then look to the wires first. If they show varying voltage(like2,3,4.5,or 6) suspect the fuse panel. The voltage should be 0 or battery voltage.

Lights come on when car is real cold ...thus killing the battery does this mean there is a short somewhere?

No it is not a short, mine does the same thing. It seems the headlight/turnsignal switch has some issue that closes the contacts for the headlights when the temperature goes down around freezing. I don't want to replace the switch as it won't be cheap but I did find that flipping the high beams switch to "on" and leaving it in that position before turning the engine off for the night will prevent the lights from coming on by themselves and discharging the battery. Really!

A c blows warm

the ground is through the compressor body
unless you have gotten pressure readings , the gas is not enough or excessive It would appear that you added the gas by the can and not by pressure gauges
there are 2 pressure switches in the system
one is for excessive pressures and the other is for too low pressures and both switch of the compressor action
take it to an ac specialist shop and have it diagnosed and gassed properly

Replace clutch

the axles are held into the trans with internal "SIR" clips, they just pull out, you need to pull straight out in a quick snapping motion, they can be very difficult to remove
