SOURCE: fuel pump cut off switch
it's in the passenger side at the back of the vehicle inside the speaker grille but there's a little hatch right on the outside that makes it accesible !!

You mean a Fuel Cutoff Inertia Switch?
Certain models of 1998 Olsmobile Silhouette vans do have a Fuel Inertia Cutoff Switch. This proves it,
It's a relay for that inertia switch.
Location? I have to guess at this point. Open the rear door, look under the carpet for a metal panel that removes with two or more screws. Maybe a panel under the spare tire compartment. Same area, maybe on one of the two sides, located behind a plastic panel.
