I need model year to be sure I post the correct diagram? Probably a two wire connector at the blower motor, voltage and ground. Check voltage and ground, if your missing one or the other, track that circuit. If you have both good voltage and ground with no blower action, suspect the blower motor. I need more info.

Where can I get blower motor circuit diagram?

you don't need a diagram . you system is so simple you only have 3 things in it and one never fails.
you have a resistor that if it fails it never works again , so that's out
the motor can be failing and then work again .
but fords most common is a blower switch ,it melts .
so remove the switch and then remove the plug(if you can it might be melted to the switch) and look inside there to see if it's deformed , the plug might be deformed as well as the wires burnt.
start there first.

I have a Ford f150 and the heater does not work at all it will not blow nothing what could be the problem

Check blower motor fuse, if ok see if you can jump out the blower motor to see if it works. If it does check blower motor switch.
I had a ford contour the melted down the switch, some of ford wiring is underrated for the amperage.

Have a 1998 ford contour...air wont blow out so I can use heater or air

Does the blower run at all when you select heat? Fuse #37 is the fuse for the heater blower - it should be a 30 amp fuse (this is in the fuse panel under the instrument panel.) There is also a heater Blower Relay in the Power Distribution Box in the engine compartment. It is #K14 (or maybe R14.)

Another thing to check is the resistor block for the blower motor. It is located on the bottom of the blower housing, on the passenger side, inside the car, below the instrument panel. You will see a wire harness with 3 or 4 wires going to a plastic connector. If the plastic looks like it's melted, it probably is, and that may be your problem. There will be a screw holding the resistor block in place in the housing. If you can remove the plastic connector, do so, the remove the screw and the resistor block. You can get replacement connectors with pigtail wires attached on the internet. (Google "1998 Contour Blower Motor Resistor Connector" Personally, I like the kit from Dorman carried by several different auto parts suppliers. It gives you a new resistor block along with the new connector.) Check the connection pins on the resistor block. If they are dirty or have melted plastic on them, they need to be cleaned. Use a small wire brush or sandpaper to make sure the blades are "bright metal" clean, then coat them with a good electrical protection-type grease. (The little packets of grease auto parts stores sell for car light bulb sockets work well, or a good dielectric silicone grease is fine.) Once you cut off the old melted connector, solder the new connector pigtails to the ends of the old harness wires and cover the joints with heat shrink tubing.. DO NOT use crimp connectors! You'll wind up with the same problem in a very short time! Put everything back together and see if it works.

I've attached a picture of the resistor block and the connector. I found this at O'Reilly Auto Parts web site:

If you're not comfortable doing this kind of work yourself, find a friend who is, or take it to a good shop (usually a dealer is not what I would call a "good shop".)

Good luck!

The a/c blower is based upon the contour a/c system and the weakest link always was and still has been that blower motor resistor... It's white plastic on the passenger side under the dash, near the center right kick panel attached to the a/c case itself with 4 wires going to it with one bolt holding it in. My guess is the connector to it will have the wires melted back a bit or the connector won't come off of the resistor itself.

Fix is usually replace the resistor and install a connector kit from Ford that was used in a recall for Contours that used a heavier gauge wire at the end near the resistor itself.

I don't have the numbers handy, but a Ford parts department guy whos been there a while will probably know what I'm talking about .

The switches were known to burn on some models also where it would melt the connector and switch... Usually I replace the switch and connector also in a pair with the resistor due to my dislike of Ford of Europe's idea of undersizing critical wires.

If the resistor ain't burnt, you may want to pull and see if the connector on the switch ain't burnt.

Heater of my 1999 ford contour is not working. is there a fuse i can replace to make it work?

There is a fuse under the steering wheel area, also there is a heater conrol under the passenger side dash on the left side of the blower motor. 1 screw holds it in the plenum(heating duct) there is a 4 wire plug going to it. You can check the actual blower motor for operation by putting 12 volts to it. To remove it there are two tabs on either side of the housing.Remove the wire first. Push the tabs up together and turn the fan housing to remove it. You now will have the whole fan in your hands. Using a wire jump from a 12v source(car battery works) to test the fan.2 wires reqd for + and-. if the fan does not function it may need replacing or just lubrication.
