Question about Toyota Cars & Trucks
If you mean the interior air vent ther may be something trapped in the vent a leaf perhaps? i think there is a interior temp sensor for the auto climate control system in one or the other vents which includes a aspirator motor to sample the air temperature, the motor can go noisy this is poss what you are hearing if its in only in one vent sounds like the prob but if its all vents you may have a leaf or something has got in and is trapped in the fan housing hope this is helpfull.
