Question about 1999 Dodge Avenger
Have a 1999 Dodge Avenger V6. Just quit on the road the other nite, Had it towed to a dodge dealer to diagnose. They were no help after $171 plus towing. Now its at my house and it has a blown 30amp Maxi fuse labeled Engine in box under hood. I replaced it and the car started and run. Run for about ten minuets till warm and fuse blew. Put new fuse blew it imiediatly????? Any Ideas
Fusible link 3 feeds the PCM. the ASD relay, and fuel pump relay. Assuming it has A/T, that fusible link also feeds the starter relay, the EATX-ECM, and the EATX relay. A short in any of those elements could be causing the trouble.
