    On what make, model, year?? Does the heater work? Is the AC compressor turning when switched on??

The best I can tell u is that the smell is from a leak at the evaporator or connections. I advise to get another opinion because it sounds like a lot of guesswork. if u get the work done, make sure the work comes with a warrantee! I gave all my customers warrantees for 20 years. That's part of the diagnostic business! Good Luck If u don't get a warrantee ,don't get the diagnosis or work done

My 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with manual climate control AC light goes off and AC stops working whenever it wants. I can force the AC to work by holding the AC button in real tight.The AC l


Have a good mechanic to check to see if the door of the a/c and heater and defroster is working properly. I had the same problem and one mechanic said he could fix it for $750. I got it fixed by an honest mechanic for less than $100. Good Luck!!

When i turn on ac it works on max ac not on ac


You have a blend door actuator motor that is not working,they are hard to get to,the dash has to be removed,and pulled back toward the seats to access the actuator motor.

The ac lights inside the honda odessey van not on -> no ac


Could be a number of things..
Maybe a loose fan belt..
Maybe low on gas..
maybe a relay or sensor..

Probably short on AC gas , as if law on AC gas the compressor would not work as a compressor protection mode. Check if AC gas is low and pressure test for leaks
