92 corolla with VAF code 31 acts like MAF sensor is bad; car bogs when accelerated, stalls cold. But there is no MAF-I confirmed this with the dealer. What is malfunctioning?

Your corolla doesn't use a MAF sensor, it uses a MAP sensor

The map sensor is located on the Intake Manifold right by the throttle body. That could easily be causing the issue you're stating.

Toyota Corolla P2151 error code means what?

this is a generic code, this means something is wrong with an injector or the wiring or computer, the best thing to do is use a better scan tool to get a clearer code to pinpoint the location of the problem, but for now take a look at the injector wiring. make sure the wire are not fraded or disconnected or that a mouse has not chewed through the wires,

What does code 52 means on the toyota corolla 2000 model in SA.

DTC 52 on a 93 Corolla is a Knock Sensor code. I replace the knock sensor; it is located on the side of the engine block, on the side of the engine that faces the firewall. It is in the center; under the intake manifold.
