Question about 2002 Isuzu Axiom
no engine stated. no miles on car stated.
gas or diesel.?
this is no FORD with a crash or roll over or inertial fuel trip switch.
why not post the symptoms and then ask for help.
a win/win that. is.
and no silly easter egg hunts.
ill pretend it dont start, cranks ok
but has spark and engine compression good.
runs ok, for 1-3sec, on spray test fuel....
Ill pretend yes.
ALL EFI cars in USA are bound by laws.
all have fuel cuts, all do. here is a list.
1: lost 12vdc power to ECU, CEL lamp dead.
this kills it all, spark, and fuel.
2: fuse blown . (FI fuse)
3: ECU sees DTC error for spark ,cmp or CKP errors
it then cuts fuel by FED law (fuel pump relay is dumped)
4: TPS stuck at 100% throttle angle, cuts fuel.
5: tachometer line dead.
6: bad fuel.
7: fuel pump dead, got 12vdc to it cranking
8: FPR stuck open, fuel pressure flat weak.
keep in mind the engine EFI can think sparks bad, when not. (like #5 above)
so we scan all cars,
you didnt so missed out on WHY.

In the fuse box, Its called a fuse. As they are not acquitted with a inertia switch. if it is it would be in the trunk, or under the dash behind the side kick panel.
