I am looking to replace a leaking fuel injector rail for 1993 fifth ave chrysler new yorker p/n 4554109

The rail is most likely not the problem, the fuel injector "O" ring seals are likely the problem in the rail.

Where is the fuel cutoff switch on a 92 Chrysler New Yorker Fifth Avenue

Hi Big bang, Is your vehicle a diesel? If it's petrol injection the fuel cut off is not a separate switch. When you turn off the engine you also turn off the power to the injectors and therefore cut the fuel feed. If the engine is dieseling after turning off, I believe you have a problem with a leaking injector. This will also become evident when starting as the engine will take longer to fire, as it will have lost fuel rail pressure. Regards John

I have a 1992 chrysler new yorker fifth ave, with the 3.3L V6, it ran fine for almost 2 years, then all the sudden, it wont start... i checked for fuel pressure (at the fuel rail) and it does have fuel, i...

Sound like the Coil pack. That is what supplies the distributor cap. It could also be the computer but its most likely the Ignition Coil. You can change it fairly easy yourself. I recommend you get the repair manuel for the car. i got mine for 20 at auto zone.

What is wrong with my 1993 chrysler new yorker if gas is leaking under the hood

Well, the first thing is to dry off the area where you notice the fuel leaking from. Next, simply turn the key to have the fuel pump activate...you don't need to START the car. See if you notice where the fuel is seeping from....very possible that the fuel pressure regulator is leaking:

89 new yorker sporaticly looses power (gas petal spongy and non-responsive)....especially when it gets warm to hot. Replaced fuel filter, pump, MAP sensor. Please Help!! (Fuel Injected- no carb)

Try a fuel line/injector cleaner you may have a blockage in the injectors causing uneven fuel delivery. I would also recommend new fuel lines or check current lines for leaks/blockages

91 Chrysler New Yorker-Fuel Line leaking

It is conceivable that the line was damaged physically during the removal and reinstallation of the tranny.
I'd check with your local Better Business Bureau to find a repair shop with a good record before having it looked at.
