Under the hood there is a black box right behind the battery. Pull the latch and lift the lid off. The heater fuse is number 32. It's a 50 amp fuse. There is also a relay in there for the heater. If a new fuse doesn't work replace the #3 relay. If neither of those fix the problem go to the under dash fuse box. Sitting in the drivers seat it's by your left knee. Try replacing the #7 10 amp fuse labeled IG No2. Hope that helps.

Hopefully your owners manual or fuse box cover will show you the proper fuse and location.
For me to look up in wiring diagram, my database wants model year, I didn't see that listed?

Blower resistor Toyota Tacoma 2007 where is locater . How i can replace.

Might be the Resistor pack located close to the blower. Could be under the dash or under the hood, but always close to the blower itself. Usually has a flat connector with 4 or 5 wires, and two small screws holding in the duct. It may be a crispy critter. It happens... The blower moves air across it to keep it cool. The blower motor may be bad as well, or possibly the fan speed switch. May very well be the fuse for the blower as well. The blower connector may be loose. Let me know what you find.

The blower motor resistor is located in the heater box area, which is under the dashboard on the passenger side. You will find the resistor in the large squarish tube that leads to the center of the dash from the blower motor housing (right to left on an american vehicle). Unplug the large black wiring connector, remove the 2 phillips screws and the resistor is ready to pull out of the heater box.
